Nik Paddison - Senior trainer
Nik is a full time independent freelance trainer / writer / consultant / copy editor in the European youth field. He has a background as a youth worker from the UK. He also works on Human Rights, peace building, work with Roma young people, refugee issues, and developments in non-formal learning - developing educational games, activities, and theories. Volunteer for several years in street work in South Italy, I started working in sociocultural and local activities with young people in social exclusion. Then as trainer in Human Right Education, Intercultural Learning, Youth Participation as well as in accompanying projects for the creation of activities in Social Economy. Now I'm working in orientation and tutoring with early school leavers by using biographical approach, writing workshops and theatrical expression. As volunteer in associations on human rights and intercultural education, migrations and citizenship, youth participation and empowerment. Actually I'm developing a project of silk-printing with young migrants and asylum keepers in Renne.

Valentina Trebbi - Junior trainer
I started discovering Erasmus+ world in 2012, participating in Youth Exchanges with the program Youth in Action, thanks to the association of social promotion which I'm part of, "La Fenice". From the following year I became group leader of this projects, so I could improve my skills and competences in different topics: active citizenship, Europe, gender equality and so on. I had my fist experience as a trainer with YEU (Youth for Exchange and Understanding) last year, when I had the chance to participate to the annual Convention as facilitator, and now I am part of PET (People for Education and Training), which allows me to implement periodically my knowledge.
